1. Determine your key values

Becoming more aware of your key values will help you decide what to say yes to and what you shouldn't allow.

Question what's important to you. Why do you do the things you do? What are your non-negotiable?

Once you determine your values, you will begin to feel more confident about how you are living your life.

2. Create before you consume

Comparison is the new thief of confidence. Make you invest in sound knowledge before you begin to consume information on social media. Adequate understanding helps you filter what's important to you and what is true.

Everybody has some form of weakness, dwelling on your weaknesses can drain your confidence. Focus on what you can control and then delegate the areas that you cannot handle to those that are skilled in them.

6. Surround yourself with people who love and support you.

Stay around those who are also on the growth journey. Avoid those who seem to always compete. Love and support those who believe in you, lift you and inspire you to be the best of yourself.

7. Invest in yourself. Make personal development a priority.

The more you pour into yourself, the more confident you become. Most times we don't feel confident because we lack knowledge.

The reason why you find it hard to speak to an audience is that you lack public speaking knowledge.

8. Celebrate all of your wins.

Learn to give yourself a pat on the shoulder for any progress made no matter how little. It enables your confidence and encourages you to do more.

9. Focus on the present

Enjoy every moment. Quit worrying and stressing over the future that you don't grow in the now.

10. Take care of yourself

Self-care is not selfish. Eat well, exercise, and rest well. Don't wait until you are sick or weak to care for yourself. Most times our negligence is a cause of our lack of self-confidence.

If you've signed up for the notorious workaholic membership, it's going to be hard to convince you but I'll try. Hustle culture propagates "always on the run". If you look closely, always on the run people rarely are in rhythm with their lives. As chief executive officer, the board is on your shoulders and the vision is all or nothing. That's absolutely inspiring, I mean your drive for success and I'm not being sarcastic. I understand that work is important, but I just want to give you some perspective. If you have a passion for gardening, you could set aside a few hours durin...
