I've had the flare for writing for as long as I can remember.
I started out writing short stories about princesses. I moved on to writing songs and encrypted dairies using unpopular codes and letters. I wrote poems too.
During those times I had not come to understand how deep writing could be. I just wrote.
When I started pursuing writing more professionally, everything changed. I got perspective and it affected my life better.
I did then what I knew how to do. Now I know better, I do better. Maya Angelou
Moving forward, I also got to understand journaling more intently.
Before I outline the therapeutic benefits of journaling, journaling is one of the best practices of a writer.
A writer should write every day and journaling gives you that opportunity.
Ok, I think I'm overly streamlining...
Everybody should write every day and journaling gives us the opportunity.
When I started, I was so inconsistent (when I hardly understood). I had to polish my intent per time (directly and indirectly).
So, it wouldn't be easy at first, and don't stop after you miss a few days.
All of this news is to call you back to journaling.
