Meet Brian Tracy


 

Brian Tracy is a Canadian-American speaker and writer of numerous books. He was born on January 5th, 1944 in Prince Edward’s capital, Charlottetown. The Canadian-born self-made millionaire is also a businessman who runs his own company "Brian Tracy International".

In 1984, Tracy founded Brian Tracy International in Vancouver, Canada. which teaches organizational and individual development and is aimed at equipping individuals and organizations to accomplish objectives faster than they had expected. 

The company provides management advice and counseling on leadership, creativity, and strategy. The company is currently headquartered in Bankers Hill, San Diego, California. Tracy currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Tracy travels the world giving lectures on business success. He has spoken in over one hundred countries and often addresses more than a quarter of a million people a year.


EARLY YEARS

Years afore, Brian Tracy woke up and realized that he was responsible for his own life. He had a very rough start from an early age because of the financial instability of his family. 


The situation also made him drop out of school to pursue a self-made career. Although he never enjoyed a luxurious life while growing up, the limitations he faced due to family and financial conditions were a key factor behind his great success. His awakening and journey to success inspired the book 'No Excuses'.


AUTHORING JOURNEY


In 1988 Tracy published the first of seventy books, The Psychology of Selling: Increase Your Sales Faster and Easier than You Ever Thought Possible. 

The book gives a series of ideas and strategies for businesses to improve their sales. 

Tracy has been rich in his writings, In 2001 he completed, The 21 Success Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires: How to Achieve Financial Independence Faster and Easier than You Ever Thought Possible. 

The book is divided into twenty-one chapters each with motivational ideas, provocative questions, and exercises.


The same year Tracy also published, Eat That Frog: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time. 

Eat That Frog is also divided into twenty-one chapters and each one offers a technique for taking action. 

In 2003, Tracy released, Goals: How to Get Everything You Want Faster Than You Ever Thought Possible. 

Goals received good reviews and deal with seven key elements of goal setting and explain the twelve steps necessary for completing them.

 Another twenty-one-chapter No Excuses: The Power of Self-Discipline, was published in 2010. The book offers to help readers improve their lives in three areas, personal, business and financial all with the techniques of self-discipline. 

Earn What You Are Really Worth: Maximize Your Income at Any Time in Any Market, was released in 2012. The book claims to be the bible for career advancement. 

Tracy continues to write and release books and has over seventy published in twenty-eight different languages.


In 2016 Tracy published, Personal Success. Personal Success explains to its readers how to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

 Apart from Brian Tracy International, Tracy is the president of three other companies which are headquartered in Solana, California.

 Long ago, in a faraway land called Sumer near the Persian Gulf, the city was known as the cradle of civilization.  When their businesses began to bloom such that the administration and calculations of trade numbers or purchases could no longer be done by memory, causing a drag in their mode of operations.
